BACKGROUND
Hi, my name is Lourens Breytenbach and I am the owner and developer of Tickmark.co.za and its Afrikaans version, Regmerk.co.za.
It is my mission to provide parents, teachers and their learners with high quality MATHEMATICS and ENGLISH worksheets, practise exams, assessment tests and articles.
We are currently focusing on learners in the senior phase (grade 7, 8 and 9).
I have been a teacher of Mathematics and English for 25 years. I am proudly South African. I have been (and still am!) teaching full-time at Hoërskool Roodepoort on the West Rand of the Gauteng Province of the Republic of South Africa.
I have had the privilege to travel the world a little bit. My experiences in The UK and the USA have helped me to prepare the products that are available on this site with some awareness of the international standards that should be adhered to according to any proper curriculum.
